如题目:
加拿大C22.2 no.77-95 Motors with Inherent Overheating Protection
如下测试要求
5.6.6 Motors with Thermal Cutoffs
Motors with thermal cutoffs shall be subjected to an endurance test of 18 d, with the winding
at the maximum temperature that the protector will allow (see Clause 5.4.1) plus the total
protector tolerance or, if the manufacturer requests, at a lower temperature, but in no case
less than 150°C if Class A or 175°C if Class B, F, or H insulation. The temperature shall be
obtained under locked-rotor conditions by adjusting the applied voltage or the ambient
temperature. During this test, the protector shall be disconnected from the circuit.

目前电机上温度保护器动作温度为120度,电机绝缘等级为CLASS A

问题:那这个测试过程中,通过调电压的方式,
使电机线圈的温度保持在120度还是150度???

我没有测试过，但从字面上看，我认为按150度测试。

其实你理解错了，这里与你的Thermoal cutoff 的温度关系不大；Endurance test 是短接Thermoal cutoff进行堵转，在这18days内最高温度不能超过150度(具体要看标准，不同绝缘系统有可能要求不一样)

测试方法：datasheet描述得比较清楚

谢谢回复~但还是有点不明白,如果是150度的话,我的保险丝起作用,产品不能再工作了,还做什么寿命啊,如果正好处于最大的温度,但保险丝还没起作用,这个时候去测寿命,才有意义.
