EN60335-1:A1里面带电子线路的家用产品做风险性测试时,结果如何判定？在做EN61000-4-5时要把防雷措施去掉进行测试吗？

在EN60335-1中异常风险测试对于电磁线圈来说有温升，高压，起火三个限制，温升按照线圈材料来判定，最高为330K，最低为200K，这就是按照它的绝缘等级来定的，高压就是打高压要通过，起火为做塑胶材料灼热丝测试，还有就是输入电压实在额定电压的1.06倍条件下，不知道解答是否满意，还请高人版主指点。

根据EN60335-1中标准的原话：
- W1 v' J  H0 {# E( x) k19.11.4 Appliances having a switch with an off position obtained by electronic
disconnection, or a switch that can be placed in the stand-by mode, are subjected to the tests
of 19.11.4.1 to 19.11.4.7. The tests are carried out with the appliance supplied at rated
# m$ n7 k- A- r6 r! u8 svoltage, the switch being set in the off position or in the stand-by mode.
Appliances incorporating a protective electronic circuit are subjected to the tests of
19.11.4.1 to 19.11.4.7. The tests are carried out after the protective electronic circuit has
& D# }6 `5 W! @0 Koperated during the relevant tests of Clause 19 except 19.2, 19.6 and 19.11.3. However,

而19.11.4.1 到 19.11.4.7.分别是做IEC61000的测试，其中就有-4-2和-4-5的雷击测试。是针对所有待机类产品的附加测试，测试的时候需要拆除压敏电阻，除非与之有相关联的放电管。
