事实上, 楼主您可参考UL 1598里所写的一段(如下), 而内容说明了, LED本身即不是用来作为耐压之意图, 但您在此部份是为一次测的部份, 加上UL 588里并无提到LED打耐压有breakdown的特殊条款, 此部份较为难解, 兹因LED本身就是无法耐如此高的电压(多半被设计在二次测, 有透过被隔离的变压器), 我也试过, 再多打一两次就会有很多LED因此而损坏, 有时打还会闪烁, 您可先试着fault掉LED再试打看看.
