各位，整体式的LED驱动器能做CE认证吗？是不是只能出报告不能出证书啊？先3Q了。

都是交流啊我个人认为不能出证书的，只能出测试报告，整体式的LED控制器是不能单独使用的。以前看到好多家小的检测所出了证书，所以有点迷惑，还请高人详解。

From my side, I think its ok, for example, the swithes are only the components and also can not be used separately, but it also can declare CE, so what I understand is: if the products/components have theire corresponding IEC or EN standards, then we use the related standards, pass all the required test and find the suitable CE directives, then we can....

9 j2 Q' @* R8 g( T" F- o开关和灯座之类的部件都可以出证，因为他们本身有防触电的功能，而整体式的LED控制器是没有防触电保护的，是要依靠灯具外壳作为防触电外壳的，我认为和开关的性质不同。

Perhaps ,you are right, but what you said is for safety reason, and CE declaration does not only aims at the safety, so I still think we can find suitable directives which it can use, but I'm not so sure, cause I'm not so familiar with your products..maybe there are some other experts who can show you good explanations....

现在这些东西真的挺难判断哦 每个人都有自己的理解，都不知道谁对谁错，就好像是符合标准的不一定安全，安全的不一定符合标准，没有一个很标准的答案。
