It's illegal to issue a certificate acc. to 2006/42/EC applying the old harmonized standards.

I strongly recommend that you had better check out the official FAQ regarding the new machinery directive.

You have to wait for the coming updated harmonized standards under 2006/42/EC. Or you can just apply the Annex I of 2006/42/EC for the purpose of issuing a certificate of new machinery directive.
