灯具内的限流装置的问题

在60598-1 5.3.1.2里说
For wiring which is connected to the fixed wiring via an internal current-limiting device
and limiting the current to 2 A maximum, e.g. lamp current control device, circuit cut-outs,
fuses, protective impedance or isolating transformers,

这里的限流装置包不包括荧光灯用的电感镇流器的？

ballast
unit inserted between the supply and one or more discharge lamps which by means of
inductance, capacitance, or a combination of inductance and capacitance, serves mainly to
limit the current of the lamp(s) to the required value.

电感镇流器不能作为限流装置吧，
按我的理解，限流装置应该是指电流保险丝一类的东西
不知道是否正确？

那“lamp current control device”一般指哪些装置呢？

“circuit cut-outs,fuses, protective impedance or isolating transformers”这些都比较明确。

整流器应当属于电流限制装置。从其定义和作用也可以看出。
