IEC 60598-1 clause 8.2.7 请教电容放电测试

标准原文：
8.2.7 Luminaires (other than those mentioned below) incorporating a capacitor of capacitance
exceeding 0,5 μF shall be provided with a discharge device so that the voltage across the
capacitor 1 min after disconnection of the luminaire from the source of supply at rated voltage
does not exceed 50 V.
Portable luminaires designed to be connected to the supply by means of a plug, track adaptor
connected luminaires, or luminaires with supply connector with contacts accessible with the
standard test finger and incorporating a capacitor of capacitance exceeding 0,1 μF (or 0,25 μF
for luminaires with a rated voltage less than 150 V) shall be provided with a discharge device
so that 1 s after disconnection, the voltage between the pins of the plug or adaptor/connector
contacts does not exceed 34 V.
Other luminaires connected to the supply by means of a plug and incorporating a capacitor
exceeding 0,1 μF (or 0,25 μF for luminaires of rated voltage less than 150 V) and track
adaptors mounted in luminaires shall discharge so that after 5 s, the voltage between the pins
of the plug does not exceed 60 V r.m.s.
NOTE The discharge device (for all types of luminaire) may be incorporated on or within the capacitor or mounted separately within the luminaire.
问题：1、放电装置除了放电电阻外，还有什么？有集放电装置于一体的电容吗？
2、仅考虑初级线路跨接在L,N之间的X2电容吗? 还是任何形式的电容？是一个电容容值，还是整个线路的电容值？
3、限值50V，34V 是r.m.s, 还是peak?
4、电容放电测试的条件是什么？通入额定电压，额定频率？还是要电压拉偏至1.1U？
5、“the voltage across the capacitor 1 min after disconnection of the luminaire from the source of supply at rated voltage does not exceed 50 V” 没有插头，直接测试电容两端？
不是学电子的，提的问题比较幼稚，各位不要笑话，请帮忙解答。

这个要看电路，有的电路本身有给电容放电的电阻

你的意思是灯具的放电测试也可以参照65,95吗？可是我想了解的是IEC 60598的要求，谢谢您的回复！

我来回复：
问题1：一般泄放电路有电阻，二极管，还有RC吸收回路
问题2：一般是考虑整个LN之间的分布电容（这个我跟某个知名结构确认过）
问题3：标准这里没有提到是RMS还是PEAK，这里一般当RMS来处理
问题 4：额定电压即可
问题 5：直接测试输入的LN之间即可

请问一下分布电容一般通过什么仪器来测量出来？另外借这个回帖问一下像这种灯杯PAR16、PAR30、PAR38在哪个标准上可以找到它们的尺寸要求呢？

万用表测试即可
PAR灯外形尺寸请参考ANSI C78.21

分布电容一般通过万用表来测量
