还有3.6.2中的NOTE 3该怎么理解？
NOTE 3 ： 可以被打开的部件被认为是可拆卸的部件。
而根据3.6.1： 不可拆卸部件是指：只有使用工具才能移开或者打开的部件或能通过22.11测试的部件

3.6.2中说的是：在使用时需要拆卸掉的部件，就认为是可拆卸部件。
5 m9 C* u; A4 n, @, c3 ]1 Y9 WNOTE 1中 的安装过程中拆卸掉的部件不认为可拆卸部件。
+ P7 |6 @- d1 P4 k* rNOTE 3中 的可以打开是指使用时需要打开的部件（比如冰箱、微波炉的门）也认为是可拆卸部件。

可拆卸部件分：
/ ~/ l' U2 N" |# h' c（1）在说明书中明确告知用户 （而非安装人员）要打开的均属于可拆部件，既使需使用工具。
（2）不需工具就可拆开的
（3）不能经受住22.11的

不可拆卸部件：像电脑小音响,一般与外壳连在一起,你是拔不出来的.
可拆卸部件：像电脑主机上的插头,一拔就出来了

发现一个误区, 大家请注意, non-detachable part 和not datachable的定义范围是不同的,不要翻成中文统统成了不可拆卸部件就混为一谈了.
