UL1082的接地要求：
" t7 g2 `! }, o" R25.2 All exposed dead metal parts of a cord-connected appliance that is equipped with a grounding
conductor, and all dead metal parts within the enclosure that are exposed to contact during any user
: }9 J2 J, [: b. L' }7 ~2 jservicing and are likely to become energized, shall be conductively connected to the grounding conductor
of the power-supply cord. The grounding means shall comply with the requirements in Resistance of
Grounding Test, Section 29.美标本身看的有点头疼，字面意思，我带接地的器具，外面所有的金属部件都要接地？我紧固在塑料中的螺钉要吗？

& U4 s! [) k7 N1 r对于提供接地式电源线的器具，所有外露不带电金属，以及位于器具内，在用户维护时可被触及可能变为带电的不带电金属，应与电源线的接地导线连接。接地措施应符合25A章的要求

没人理我，心塞塞哎~~UL1082 CL25.2的要求，去咨询了25家机构，认为字母意思的话，带接地的器具，所有的易触及金属部件都要接地。螺钉的话太牵强了，可以不用管。
求高工、大咖帮忙看看~~

那句話的解讀請這樣看:
25.2  (All exposed dead metal parts of a cord-connected appliance that is equipped with a grounding conductor, and all dead metal parts within the enclosure that are exposed to contact during any user servicing) and (which) are likely to become energized, shall be conductively connected to the grounding conductor of the power-supply cord.

/ v- I! y6 m: q+ V3 A( r外露的金屬必須是有可能變成帶電的狀況時, 才會被要求去連結到接地迴路上.  你所描述的狀況不在此條文所考量的範圍內.  若對此判定尚有疑慮的話, 可以參考到UL 197的18.2章節, 裡頭清楚的說明那些exposed dead metal parts 可以判定成"不會帶電".

标准的意思是：带有接地线的cord-connected器具上裸露的dead metal parts和enclosure内部在servicing时候可能会带电的dead metal parts都需要连接到接地线上。

螺钉打在塑料上，需不需要考虑是看情况。螺钉是把金属板固定在塑料上或者螺钉仅仅只是固定塑料件。这些情况都要具体情况具体分析。

之前看了“zihwoei”的回复，之后去细读了UL197上的18.2已经1082上的25.2。
9 G4 y8 r( ^2 p6 e' e9 m总体来说2份标准上的内容，直接作为判定不是太合适。
在IEC体系下面完全符合的结构，在UL体系下遇到了问题，比较让人蛋疼。
裸露的dead metal parts和enclosure内部在servicing时候“可能会带电”，可能会带电发挥性太大。完全是个人把控。
