necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the8 G& q) J4 U$ \* C! n
latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.4 v: P! t+ b- c+ {( p5 Q2 A. y7 e
They shall apply those provisions with effect from 293 D" H, D! A# _6 _( O# d- c' ?* _
December 2009.
1 ~1 Y( R$ _& W& ]0 G$ C4 HWhen Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
3 i) ^# R; _- C; Ha reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such/ V4 @" z; R: o4 c( u6 k: s
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member& L6 B( [) x; Y
States shall determine how such reference is to be made.
2 G6 y" o6 L' I9 m2 |2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the
Q2 l/ o5 v4 `. Gtext of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the

how the provisions of this Directive correspond to the national

Derogation
{' f! O4 R# ` }. R+ X% Y0 k; cUntil 29 June 2011 Member States may allow the placing on

fixing and other impact machinery which are in
, y0 K( O8 Y. j( d3 |& y, \conformity with the national provisions in force upon adoption

Entry into force
