21DV.5.3.1 A material with a classified GWIT shall be permitted as a substitute for a material originally subjected to the GWEP test, when all of the following conditions are met:
a) the mechanical configuration and dimensions of the SWITCH are unchanged or essentially similar;
b) the generic material class is unchanged or essentially similar;
c) the original material was tested for a GWEP test temperature at least equal to the declared GWEP test temperature of the substitute material at a thickness no thicker than the relevant part; and
d) both the original and substitute material have a GWIT at least 25°C higher than the declared GWEP test temperature applied to the substitute material, at a thickness no thicker than the relevant part. Testing for GWIT is conducted according to IEC 60695-2-13.
21DV.5.3.2 Compliance for the substitute material meeting the conditions of 21DV.5.3.1 shall be determined by meeting the value declared for the SWITCH for the GWEP test plus 25°C.

以下条件全部成立，起燃温度等级的材料21DV.5.3.1 A才能替代原先送交GWEP测试的材料：
a)开关的机械结构和尺寸未改变或本来就类似，
b)通用的材料等级未改变或本来就类似，
c)厚度并不比相应零件厚的情况下，原先材料的GWEP测试温度至少等于替代材料的GWEP测试温度，
d)厚度并不比相应零件厚的情况下，原先材料和替代材料都有一个至少比替代材料的GWEP测试温度高25°C的起燃温度。
测试起燃温度依据IEC 60695-2-13。
作为替代材料的21DV.5.3.2符合21DV.5.3.1的条件，也符合开关的GWEP测试加25°C。

这个好象是错的，T代表的是test，不是temperature
