Question:
# y- a+ x0 x* i$ WIt is very common to use modular connectors (e.g. RJ-11, RJ-12, RJ-45), accessible to the
0 y  l) Q! t- s. H4 n* vusers, for a variety of transmission functions, both telecommunication and data.
& V# Z; a7 M, w5 Q. ]; d  OUnfortunately, RJ-11 modular connectors easily mate with other configurations of modular
connectors: RJ-12, RJ-45. This sub-clause permits marking only for connectors accessible
to Service Personnel and, on the other hand, relying on configuration as a means of
preventing miss-mating is unrealistic.
* X) I% w' W4 a" i7 a4 HHow shall these connectors be tested?.

If there is a possibility of miss-mating of modular connectors (e.g. RJ-11, RJ-12 etc.)
$ C& K6 f- O" l/ M, S8 raccessible for the user, tests have to be made to verify that the SELV limits remain.
