标题: 求教：2011版EN71检测报告中标识怎么处理？
EN 71-1:2011版中，CE标识、制造商名称地址等已经不是EN 71-1标准的强制要求，但这些标识仍应符合2009/48/EC。那么，当客户要求出具2011版的EN 71检测报告时，是不是应该加入对2009/48/EC的标识判定才能算是完整报告呢？还是直接无视标识，仅按照EN 71标准判定即可？

 Toys made available on the market shall bear the CE marking. The CE marking shall be subject to the general5 T: P4 ]4 m+ z$ V
principles set out in Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008. The CE marking shall be affixed visibly, legibly and
# i& v  W; n$ z) B2 ~8 R' m4 j( Y- eindelibly to the toy, to an affixed label or to the packaging. In the case of small toys and toys consisting of small parts,
& N' D! H8 |8 j, Y1 Bthe CE marking may alternatively be affixed to a label or an accompanying leaflet. Where, in the case of toys sold in+ Q( @7 l( E* j4 f& Y6 U
counter displays, that is not technically possible, and on condition that the counter display was originally used as
0 v; X7 ~& v; ?; G7 dpackaging for the toy, the CE marking may be affixed to the counter display. Where the CE marking is not visible
  k) K% a; p9 a1 |$ a+ v& xfrom outside the packaging, if any, it shall as a minimum be affixed to the packaging. Where specific legislation does
3 v8 t3 A8 Z  p4 h5 w7 hnot impose specific dimensions, the CE marking shall be at least 5 mm high.
1 J# T: n+ S3 l% M; V% V% Y The manufacturer’s 1 name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the address at which the/ ^* s$ n5 j& R& e8 X. r* c
manufacturer can be contacted shall be indicated on the toy or, where that is not possible, on its packaging or in a( a3 K/ u8 p  h7 Q8 \
document accompanying the toy. This requirement applies also to the name and address etc. of any importer2.
# N5 c2 x! c4 a  F Manufacturers shall ensure that their toys bear a type, batch, serial or model number or other element allowing their) `6 a: p: W8 q9 i  i/ L0 ?
identification, or where the size or nature of the toy does not allow it, that the required information is provided on the

 Manufacturers and importers shall ensure that the toy is accompanied by instructions and safety information in a

只好这样了，现在好多没有标识的产品，只判EN 71合格总觉得不甘心啊，呵呵

不是强制性要求如果没有这些标识可以不测吧？

7.0章節前面就說了是 for information的了,所以就可假定不是強制性的了,OUTSIDE LAB不會判不OK,但是如果作為生產廠家,為了保障自己,大家還是做足些吧
