Regulation (EC) NO. 642/2009 has already included the requirements of Regulation (EC) NO. 1275/2008. Hence, your TV set may simply have the test according to Regulation (EC) NO. 642/2009.$ P6 ~, }& c+ d# N9 K. s

About your TV adaptor, you have better checking Article 2 (1) for the corresponding definition of "External Power Supply" in Regulation (EC) NO. 278/2009. As long as your TV adaptor fulfils the above definition in Article 2 (1), it should be tested with this Regulation. In most of cases, the adaptor is bought from other factory.
