标题: 柔性PCB板厚度问题
我的产品LED灯 使用的是柔性PCB板 V-0防火 0.15mm厚，这个厚度没有黄卡里没有。
$ {  c# Z( h: T( v8 f9 x标准UL1993和UL8750和UL1598中我的理解是没有厚度要求。但是UL认证必须提供关键器件的UL证书
) \* B0 h' L7 S0 Y4 }请问对UL了解的前辈们：& N7 y! S  F3 `2 ]4 |
1.UL认证 PCB板厚度必须要符合黄卡里对应的最小厚度要求吗？
$ I# I4 f5 v7 w2.如果1成立的话，我做CE也要提供PCB 安全认证，那不是CE也做不了？

黄卡里没有这个厚度你认为是UL通过了认证满足UL 796要求吗？8 K" [5 g# P5 `! p

按照UL8750：
- M$ d  E0 ^. `' E7 \" u7.7.1 Printed wiring boards shall meet the following criteria:& o3 D5 I3 e$ P$ M  K
a) Conductive traces shall be bonded to the substrate for the minimum conductor width and' l$ p8 A8 ]0 b. B0 h3 P
maximum unpierced area as required by the Standard for Printed-Wiring Boards, UL 796,* t3 Y8 p5 ^( @6 \
Exception: Printed-wiring boards that are completely encased in potting compound are permitted
5 j# A, F1 t' x) z7 nto exceed their specified minimum conductor width or maximum unpierced area.8 E) c- ~. t% V& P
b) Temperatures measured in the temperature test of 8.3 shall not exceed the temperature5 E+ |; f* y2 M4 z4 v: P( L6 R
rating (RTI) of the substrate as determined by the Standard for Polymeric Materials – Long
. F" @0 l3 f; |& cTerm Property Evaluations, UL 746B, and0 f( y+ I; u1 _: A: R% `# H
c) Printed wiring board substrate flammability shall be no less than V-1 in accordance with the! u8 o5 h- a! M% q1 B
Standard for Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances, UL
0 k2 `& w- j4 z6 y) a94.2 n) L7 Q+ n' q$ I& E
Exception: A circuit supplied by a Class 2 or LVLE source need not comply.; i. `3 _. f$ p. @/ S8 e+ M; q

7 x. D( J" u. \( Z& @可以看是否满足Exeption 要求。

我的电路是没有地线的 但是全是高压电路，没有隔离和安全低电压。 我问实验室他们说不符合。不知道我这个到底符合UL要求么？
