标题: 美国能源之星Audio/Video Equipment 2.0需要计算3个样品效率的平均值吗？ [打印本页]

标题: 美国能源之星Audio/Video Equipment 2.0需要计算3个样品效率的平均值吗？
请各位帮忙：

我公司是美国能源之星的合作伙伴，3月份开始网上需提交能效测试报告和Lab report cover sheet，5月份我提交的能效报告中只计算了每个样品的平均效率，没有再平均三个样品的效率，但网上也批准了我的申请，后面提交的被退回来了，说是要 Values provided in OPS should reflect the average of three test values provided in the lab report at 115V 60Hz and 230V 50Hz." 请问各位，你们是不是也是计算三个样品的效率平均值。据我所知，韩国能效和澳洲的MEPS是要计算三个样品的效率平均值。

In order to submit EPS product information to ENERGY STAR, partners are required to submit a lab report detailing the test results of three samples of the model. In the Online Product Submittal (OPS) form, partners are required to provide the average values of the three samples tested. Partners should provide the average results at each load point for the three samples at each input voltage/frequency combination and enter this data into OPS.

If average test results are also provided in the lab report, they must exactly match the average test results in the OPS form.

Product information must be submitted through the OPS tool in order to be reviewed. No information submitted by email will be reviewed.

我也没有听说过可以只单台算平均.

我们的电源只计算了单台的平均值
单台就是计算load25%,50%,75%,100%的平均值
没有计算三台的平均值,当然需要测试三个样品,并且保证三个样品都符合要求.

其实我有疑问就是,计算三台的平均值的目的是什么?
假如我有三台样机,其中一台不符合要求,但是平均值符合要求,那这个产品符合要求吗?应该判定是不符合要求吧!那这样计算三台的平均值又有什么意义呢?

如果三个样品中有一个样品不符合，我们也是判为不合格。其计算三个样品的平均值是因为在能源之星网站上需要提供三个样品的平均值。

Number of Units Required for Test: Testing shall be conducted by the manufacturer or its authorized representative on three randomly chosen units of the same model. Manufacturers shall measure and maintain the Active Mode, No-Load Mode, and power factor values (if applicable) for all three units as well as the average values. To qualify as ENERGY STAR, all three units must meet the ENERGY STAR specification; only the average values will be displayed on ENERGY STAR’s qualifying product list (see Section 4.E below).
