Frankly speaking, I don't think UL Suzhou office is a good postion, cause as I know, most of the engineers in this office is not so professional..., from my side, I think.....

I think you also have a rich experience in taking money from factory.
In general, for a FR can get a salary above 100000/ yr even in shenzhen or guangzhou.
