Tables 36.3 and 36.4 are used for pollution degree 2 applications. The report for xxx didn't indicate that it is rated for pollution degree 2. Otherwise, Table 36.1 will be used. Table 180.1 only applies to PCB's and it may be used as an alternate to the before mentioned three tables. The spacings requirements are, in general, lower than the other tables.
