Approximately 3cm (1 1/4 inches) below the head is a plastic ridge, slightly smaller than the nail head and about 2.5cm (1inch) in diameter. 9 o( u8 r" S# c8 a

Little Tikes has received one report of a hospitalization in the United States that resulted from an 11-month child who choked when the toy nail became forcefully lodged in his throat; he made a full recovery. 2 r+ G( t2 x$ L% S" Z* x* D5 N8 b7 k& b
