制造商是这个产品的负责人，设计者。一个产品只能有一个制造商。但是一个产品可以有不同的生产商，生产商只负责生产，并不对这个产品负责，也就是说产品的质量等控制是有制造商负责的。也就是说产品出了问题，找的是制造商。 % b5 B4 N! y2 [* R# [$ b" X这个这IECEE 的文件中是有规定的。 5 D P7 G3 e& [; Z _# h" [# H : i% n/ V- z, ^7 ?2 v根据IECEE 02这个文件，定义如下： 7 Z( _$ U F8 a$ C- T- o3.76 L, I( X7 |; ~8 `% l+ o& a
