Lakeshore Learning Materials Recalls Children抯 Toy Boxes Due to Choking Hazard
& @9 W' `5 s" RWASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Product: What抯 Inside? Soft Toy Boxes: H- S4 _2 b' q  l" {5 P
Units: About 3,600
1 m: A9 h6 }7 w3 M7 BManufacturer: Lakeshore Learning Materials, of Carson, Calif.
( W% g3 R' }/ ^0 _0 l+ zHazard: The head of the stuffed butterfly toy can detach from the body, posing a choking hazard to children.
' X& R) C) B, j  ?' q7 r/ ^Incidents/Injuries: Lakeshore has received three reports of the head of the butterfly detaching from the body. No injuries were reported.9 P8 h* S: n+ @, A+ x
Description: The recalled product is a soft, multi-colored box with a different color on each side. 揥hat抯 Inside??is embroidered on the front of the box and symbols of a lion, flower and purple butterfly are stitched on another side. Each feely box contains ten small stuffed pieces. The piece affected by this recall is the pink and purple butterfly.1 M. m% }  L8 e3 R) |
