- W6 G4 {$ U9 q' G9 Y2 bThe Department of Fair Trading requires that Declared products be tested and comply with relevant standards. Upon application with appropriate test report and samples, a Certificate of Approval will be issued by the Department. There is mutual recognition of such approvals between states so application in one state covers all of Australia.

/ z0 K2 ~3 }- D( a" U# sThe Department of Fair Trading also has powers over non-declared products connected to the electrical supply. Manufacturers and importers have a duty of care under the law. The Department operates a voluntary scheme for all products and will issue a Certificate of Suitability based on compliance to a standard by testing. The Certificate of Suitability is recognised as one means for the supplier to show that reasonable steps have been taken to discharge their responsibility. ) @+ f; i" S( ]/ G! u

洲与洲之间是会有些差别，大体上都一样的．其实分类比如有些地方分的细些，有的地方概念模糊些，所以很多人觉得不一样，但哪些强制或不是强制都是一样的．只不过官方网站公布的概念不一样．这方面我问过澳洲那边．还有，如果希望拿清晰的目录最好直接跟机构要，澳洲那边对网站的消息更新太慢的．

追根溯源，各州的要求都是来自AS/NZS 4417.2. 如果想了解澳大利亚的电器产品的认证方面的要求的话，AS/NZS4417系列标准可以作为一个很好参考资料。2 l" h/ Z) i4 v. K4 t% w8 k! c

为什么在强制认证里面没有发现无线产品啊？比如无线路由器.

LZ，Queensland的强制类产品目录有哪些，刚看到前面说新威尔士的附件与网站上不一致来的，有没有最新的目录？

- H- Y1 D7 R( ?6 F8 u0 o/ x7 [我厂代加工音箱，也自行生产电源线，音箱的C-TICK认证由客户去认证的，但是电源线由我厂进行认证，现电源线的SAA证书过期，会否对音箱在澳洲的销售造成影响？（注：音箱是07年进行的认证）
