60950-1中的4.3.12条要求对可燃气化物浓度进行取样检测,要求在设备周边环境中,浓度不大于其爆炸限值的50%,在点燃源附件不大于爆炸限值的25%。

现有一喷码机,使用丁酮墨水,需要按此条检测,疑问是,标准中只说在正常使用下,那么检测应该在多大房间内进行?是通风还是密闭?因为喷码机销售后在实际使用中按照使用者的环境运行,多大房间,通风情况均不确定,有其他相关标准有规定吗?2 a& x# r. m8 U* c. h7 i* {) h

! k% u; B6 r  {2 @. EIf a flammable liquid is used in equipment, the liquid shall be kept in a closed reservoir,

flammable liquid stored in an equipment shall in general be not more than 5 l. If, however, the7 U& J: o+ K6 D
usage of liquid is such that more than 5 l is consumed in 8 h, it is permitted to increase the
7 o" ~; X# Q8 A3 Uquantity stored to that required for an 8 h operation.

) C9 U4 T& @4 d& U6 H) ^Oil or equivalent liquids used for lubrication or in a hydraulic system shall have a flash point: S+ H) G% L# Z5 H3 X: B* F6 m8 l
of 149 °C or higher, and the reservoir shall be of sealed construction. The system shall have
! Z* [: k- M: dprovision for expansion of the liquid and shall incorporate means for pressure relief. This
# E/ `9 H/ V& R' m- g  k0 }4 ~requirement is not applicable to lubricating oils that are applied to points of friction in
0 R1 }; f1 O, B: qquantities that would contribute negligible fuel to a fire.

Except under conditions given below, replenishable liquids such as printing inks shall have a
* u4 p: q8 o. U( D' j7 Tflash point of 60 °C or higher, and shall not be under sufficient pressure to cause atomization.
0 N# v) f0 p* I5 @! F2 cReplenishable flammable liquids that have a flash point of less than 60 °C or that are under' v# b, o3 R2 S# H
sufficient pressure to cause atomization are permitted provided inspection shows that there is
1 b6 i& e5 x9 O( n9 b; E* ], x3 rno likelihood of liquid sprays or build-up of flammable vapour-air mixtures that could cause1 q; y1 M* l% M8 U* v0 k5 X
explosion or create a fire hazard. Under normal operating conditions, equipment using a
4 c, X; O9 U- e: z5 G1 Fflammable liquid shall not generate a mixture with a concentration exceeding one quarter of
; B9 n9 v0 T6 Athe EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is in proximity to an ignition source, or exceeding half the. I$ x. N" {  _; A6 B
EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is not in proximity to an ignition source. The investigation shall
4 u& r5 q% P8 Yalso take into account the integrity of the liquid handling system. The liquid handling system# `- U5 g; l# ?! [/ L+ x8 Z
shall be suitably housed or constructed so that risk of fire or explosion is reduced, even under' |9 q' q6 Q+ L1 n# ?3 h7 D+ p$ z5 B
the test conditions specified in 4.2.5.! w5 j3 d0 @& j+ o9 t! y% M. O

3 v, F; B$ X4 E3 p0 a" ^% q  I2 dCompliance is checked by inspection and, where necessary, by the following test.
! e3 l% r& o9 r# [7 D' eThe equipment is operated in accordance with 4.5.2 until its temperature stabilizes. In this
" W8 D" h5 H( W1 D) c" e# kcondition, the equipment is operated in a normal manner, as directed in the operating5 \2 M9 {. k- C
instructions, and samples of the atmosphere in the vicinity of the electrical components and
0 F2 H; G3 q3 _around the equipment are taken to determine the concentration of flammable vapours present.
. e4 O4 Y/ I$ P) P1 MSamples of the atmosphere are taken at 4 min intervals; four samples to be taken during2 W; X. D; t  o1 G. x
normal operation, then seven samples after the equipment has stopped.( `0 ]6 g8 M# R4 s/ F; q
6 x+ k7 ?8 R. V  S$ X! r
If, after the equipment has stopped, the concentration of flammable vapours appears to be3 q; {& v8 r+ I( C: x; ?
increasing, samples shall continue to be taken at 4 min intervals until the concentration is) G3 C% \- }# p; Q$ D  r
shown to be decreasing.3 Y7 Y  w- n6 Z3 d7 E

If an abnormal operation of the equipment is possible with any of its fans not running, this/ X, o; ~/ V/ ]9 X, J
condition is simulated during this compliance test.

这个在标准是没有明确规定,所以只是我们只是需要理解“正常使用下”,按照正常理解是你所列举的情况都可以的,但是做内部设计认证最好按照最严酷等级来进行,做实验室认证,一般有专门实验室,没有特殊要求,看是否按照常规情况进行!
