1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions- j9 d3 J( R6 V, l8 a0 v( p
necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the 0 W' B8 _ J, {- s% E1 {latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.) l2 [* `$ P8 x% \, u- s& G; |7 X
