请问那本标准有ISOLATING SWITCHES的定义？IEC61058并不包括ISOLATING SWITCHES的要求

I also wanna know the defination of this kind of switch, cause for industrial control equipment, there is also an requirement for this kind of switch, who can tell me how to understand it??

60950里面CL.3.4.5也有这样的定义，不明白什么样的开关才是
