1 Scope

Additional requirements forequipment having the capability to supply DC power over commonly usedcommunication cables, such as USB or Ethernet (PoE), are given in IEC 62368-3.

针对这段话,例如一个移动电源带USB接口，适合IEC 62368-3吗？

还是说一个移动电源虽然带USB接口，但USB一定是用作通讯线缆才适用IEC 62368-3？如果这样，移动电源带USB接口本身是无法保证一定会接通讯线缆的，需要在移动电源的说明书中规定吗？这又似乎不合理，因为只靠说明书无法保证该移动电源作别的用途。

我認為只要會使用一般通訊線供電的產品就算,因此Power bank要符合IEC62368-3

另外 IEC 62368-3 3.1.1 PSE定義裡
equipment, other than dedicated external power supply units intended to supply specific equipment within the scope of IEC 62368-1, supplying DC power to other equipment through communication cables or ports
