请看-2-98，电极加热是允许的: ( d3 D2 _* b1 k6 B7 M" t22.33 Modification: ! h1 s. u0 j) g, ~3 P, s- OLiquids may be heated using electrodes and may be in direct contact with their live parts.: O2 D* E$ m* S W/ b7 Y# J# _

注意上面的是modification，-1部分被修改了。 ) ^0 N; W. C, I) }" R+ d; D! P. P5 S# F" y, s

应当是不允许基本绝缘的，如果是单层绝缘符合加强绝缘的要求，也是可以的吧
