请问,对于使用卤素灯的灯具应该有个UV filter?一般来讲,我们会用一个玻璃片而以.但是我们是否要在玻璃片上注明是"UV filter"?UL是否有强制要求啊!

有没有依据啊!我也认为是不需要的,但是我们的客人说一定要的,但是也拿不出来证据的.我也不想与他们去争了,但是我想真正弄清楚这个东西究竟要还是不要.谢谢大家!

上面fasten已经说清楚了,按照UL153标准,如果卤素光源只有灯泡本身的玻璃做防护,则需要提供一个UV Filter,如果除了灯泡还带有防护罩,则需要满足以下要求:$ s9 `9 f! h  G1 m
防护罩如果是玻璃,则必须是防UV的sodalime glass,或者其他玻璃(波长要满足标准要求),厚度最少3.2mm.塑料为2.4mm.; Z! t8 [& f4 D  ^$ z: Q

按照标准,没有此要求,如果你的客户提出此项要求,这个就属于客户的特殊要求,如果成本增加不多,你也可以答应客户,如果成本增加比较多,就可以通过谈判请客户承担一部分费用,因为这个不是标准必须要求的.
