Note: - The principal Order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. (E), dated the 3rd October 2012 and subsequently amended vide number S.O. 822 (E), dated the 20th March, 2013 and S.O. 2034, (E) dated 25th June 2013. ! N z6 ~3 W2 S8 w& w# F: X[F.
