各位大大，新人求教一下：
8 \, V' s- g$ \5 b$ }0 I关于IEC 60335 Annex D 中：unless they are likely to be permanently subjected to the supply volatage, in which case the duration is 432h. 这句they是指马达还是设备呢，如果是马达，那有什么例子么？

请看前面一句.The appliance is supplied at  rated voltage  with the rotor of the motor locked.连起来意思是，马达转子被堵转了，然后接到到电源上的，时间432h。这便是永久连接到电源上。

# X( p: I( b2 z+ z. K  v" i; X6 n4 O而我所问的应该是在判断锁马达时长的时候：如果说这个设备的马达是永久连接到电源，才做432h。否则做锁72个cycle或者3天中的最短。

在安规里，经常会说到设备永久固定或者连接到电源，一般都是指设备在使用过程中不会再移走了，并通过适当的方式连接到电网，如立式空调，实验室的恒温恒湿箱。有些空调用的马达，压缩机的马达，因整机永久连接到电源上，也属于永久连接到电源。

8 c! Q2 h, k4 W6 C那么为什么马达接到电源不会转呢，两端电压不够？

在这个测试里，在马达通电前，转子都堵在了，当然不会转了。

或者说锁18天是针对那些永久连接电源的设备？如果是，那么我一开始问的they应该就是指设备而不是马达。
