According the third paragraph of sub clause 3.6.3 parts of the luminaire shall have extra protection against falling, in case a fixing device fails:

2) For a luminaire with two fixing devices, is it necessary to pass all the tests when one of them fails or should it be enough that the luminaire remains in place and is prevented from falling?3 L7 u, {6 D& a9 C1 w( J: e
Decision:
% n, w, w" Y- ^  b) a1) The complete luminaire must be considered and there shall be two "fixing devices" for all different parts with risk of falling.
