俄罗斯安全技术规定

A Federal Law, No. 426- ФЗ, was approved on December 12, 2011, providing for the further suspension of the Russian Federal Law No. 347-FZ until January 1, 2014.

In the meantime, no changes to certification procedures or product marking apply. The well-established GOST-R certification requirements remain in effect without any changes.

Note as these regulations would appear to conflict with the planned Customs Union regulations, it is possible that they will be cancelled or amended before the implementation date of January 2014.

联邦法律第426-ФЗ，已于2011年12月12日获批准，进一步暂停俄联邦法律号 347-FZ直到2014年1月1日。同时，产品认证程序和产品标志不会有任何更改。已建立的俄罗证证书标准在没有任何变更的情况下依然有效。要注意的是，这些规定有可能会与计划的海关联盟规定相冲突，对此，将会在实施日（2012年1月）前取消或更改。
