如果不包括EMC和安规指令的话，那么一个RF产品向MID（only with bt,wifi）只按照RTTE指令是否只需要按照300328和301489来做就可以了呢？然后因为被判定为IT产品，所以还需要测试EMC和SAFETY的指令来做相关测试？! n$ y% b!
