标题: RoHS2 纳入CE标志要求
2013年1月3日起，RoHS原指令2002/95/EC将会被废除，欧盟各国必须于2013年1月2日前将新指令2011/65/EU（ROHS 2.0）更新到当地法律。根据新指令的规定，从旧指令废除之日起，CE标志所有管辖下产品都必须同时满足低电压（LVD）、电磁兼容（EMC）、能源相关产品（ErP）和ROHS 2.0的指令要求，才能进入欧盟市场。

ROHS 2.0 重要变化

1.纳入CE标志要求，成为欧盟CE标志指令之一
除上述电子电气产品必须符合（LVD）、电磁兼容（EMC）、能源相关产品（ErP）和ROHS 2.0的指令要求，才能粘贴CE标志，出具符合性声明外，RoHS2.0同时还要求制造商出具支撑性技术文档，并保留十年。

2.管控产品范围扩大
新增第8类医疗设备和第9类监控设备，增加第11类其他电子电气设备。

3.技术文档的重要性
RoHS2.0规定产品必须具有支持技术性文件并存档10年，如果欧盟要求，进口商、零售商和分销商同时也必须提供该文件以证明产品的符合性

RoHS2 Covered Under CE Mark Requirements

The original RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC will be repealed starting from January 3, 2013, and EU countries must update the new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2.0) to their local laws prior to January 2, 2013. Under the new Directive, from the date of repeal of the old Directive, all products covered by the CE mark also must, before entering the EU market, meet the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Energy-related Products (ErP) and RoHS 2.0 Directive requirements.

Significant Changes to RoHS 2.0

1.It is now covered under the CE Mark Requirements, and becomes a CE Mark Directive
In addition to requiring the above-mentioned electrical and electronic equipment to meet the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Energy-related Products (ErP) and RoHS 2.0 Directive requirements before the CE mark is affixed and a Declaration of Conformity is issued, RoHS 2.0 also requires the manufacturer to produce and retain supporting technical documentation for ten years.

2.Expands the scope of covered products
Adds Category 8 - Medical Equipment, Category 9 - Monitoring & Controlling Equipment, and Category 11 - Other electrical and electronic equipment

3.Importance of Technical Documentation
RoHS 2.0 requires that a product must be accompanied by supporting technical documentation which shall be retained for 10 years. If it is required the EU, importers, retailers and distributors also must provide such documentation to prove the conformity of their products

这句话不是包含了所有的EEE了吗？

可以这么理解, 但是更明确地说它是第11l类其它EEE.

不是很理解，做过VDE认证的电源线现在还必须要做CE认证，加贴CE mark 吗？客户一直在问，似乎一定要我们做，但是我觉得没必要，但是又找不到确切证明还回复客户。有没有高手给解答一下我该怎么做？谢谢先！
