样品出国是否需要认证证书

各位，用于演示或者测试用的电子产品，要发到其它国家，是否需要符合所在国的认证证书。出关时要提供哪些资料？
我记得不是正常销售渠道出去的不需要做认证的吧。

样品不用吧，但可能需要报关。

Not necessary, but make sure that those samples are real samples for testing and evaluation, you may need to prepare the documents which can prove that those samples are for testing and evaluation, not for sale...
