各位，请问一下该如何验证其工具的稳定性，thank！

18.3 Replacement of the first two paragraphs:
In any working position the machine shall have sufficient stability.
Compliance is checked by the following test, without the tool being fixed to the bench.
− With the tool in its rest position at 90° to the table and 0° mitre angle, a beech work piece, having
maximum dimensions for the machine not being fixed to a bench, if such dimensions are provided
by the manufacturer, is clamped to the table against the fence using the device supplied with the
tool, with one end aligned to the cutting slot. The machine shall stay in position without any
intervention from the operator. The test is repeated with the work piece on the opposite side of
the cutting slot.

首先查说明书,看最大的(长/宽/厚)工件尺寸, 装好支撑杆, 把工件沿切槽加紧, 看mitre saw会不会起翘什么的

这个测试其实是没什么意义的,在prEN61029-2-9:2012中已经取消了

EN61029-2-9已经更新到2012版本了？我看的还是2009版本的呢！

草案版, 也就是pr版, 我拿到的是UAP的版本 FprEN61029-2-9:2012_UAP

这个版本目前在Vote circulated中, 截止时间是2012-07-27

18.3整段会改成下面的内容
18.3        Replacement of the first two paragraphs:
In any working position, the machine shall have sufficient stability.
Compliance is checked by the following test, without the tool being fixed to the bench.
Without any work piece, the saw unit is moved down to its lowest position, and then the handle is released. The machine shall not tip over and shall not be displaced horizontally by more than 100 mm.
Tools shall be provided with the facility to fix the machine to a bench, e.g. by providing holes in the machine frame.
Compliance is checked by inspection.

是的，現在申請要如kerve所說的來做
口語化的作法：
把機台放在一般的地面上，並於機台四個角落畫上記號，
將機台在固定在任何角度(最不利的狀態下)壓至最低點，然後將機台放開讓它自動回彈
觀察機台不可以翻覆，並量測測試完後的與原位置的位移量，不可超過100mm

你说的这个实验在09版里也有啊，是不是12版的就把18.3里面的删除一个了，只留下一个啊？

是的~可能太過攏長了吧~~所以刪除掉敘述的部份

其實2009年版的條文中的規定，有部分不太合適
所以才會這麼快又有草稿版出來~(個人認為)

因為這個時間剛好是我從設計部門換做安規工作的轉換期
所以在2009年版的規定下，我有設計過圖面，比較了解一點
