SAA 对LED灯管、灯泡的最新要求

由于LED灯管存在安全隐患，所以之前欧盟一直不允许签发CB和GS证书（注：SLG连CE证书也不签发），后来专门针对LED灯管或灯泡制定了IEC标准，但目前还只是草本阶段，如附件，今后将会以IEC62776正式发布，此标准中第13.7和13.8节就是以前相关标准中没有的，专门针对LED灯泡或灯管的特殊性而考量的测试要求。
以后澳洲也将会引用这份IEC62776，但是澳洲标准将会增加澳洲的差异，因此对于澳洲检测认证，以下要求或差异需要考量，也意味着需要增加相应的差异检测费用，具体差异要求如下：
- 1. compliance of the LED Driver to IEC 61347.2.13 + AS/NZS 61347.1
- 2. compliance to the AU VARIATIONS to IEC 60598.1 (including glow wire @ 750 C)
- 3. Re testing to IEC 60598.1 – clause 8.2.7 – discharge voltage at the lamp cap pins is missing
- 4. Verification the tube is only live one end – no access to live parts during partial insertion of the tube, when one end is energised.
- 5. Verification of abnormal tests: when LED TUBE is fitted into an unmodified fluro fitting no hazard.
- 6. Verification of abnormal test: when a fluro tube is fitted into the modified LED fitting.
- 7. Installation instructions, including use of a fuse
- 8. Warning label – this fitting has been modified to only use LED ECOLIGHTING T8 LED TUBE.
