我们是做安防摄像头的，需要定制一批线，就是上面所说的电源线和信号线的组合。电气规格是交流24V或者直流12V供电。信号线输出1V。这个信号线需要做什么认证？假如做UL，或者这两者结合有什么特殊要求吗？还是只需要找UL764认证的wiring harness厂商进行组装即可？因为是低电压CE应该不需要做认证的，关键是CCC和UL要做什么认证。

这么低的电压一般的产品是可以考虑不防护的，不过要看你前 ...

我们是安防摄像头，户外用。需要IP66防尘防水等级，信号线输出1V，CE应该不需要做认证，UL和CCC我不确定。

:D I have checked the cable and it covered by UL758 for AWM wire.I don't know the difference between the two UL standards yet.

The UL 758 is AWM, and the UL444 is for communication cable, anyway, sometimes AWM could be used as the signal cable, but for AV, normally it should be covered by UL444, so I am not sure whether you mentioned AV cable is signal cable, or not, and if it's, then you need to use UL758 and UL1581 to evaluate your products...
