请教很少有人涉及的 LED 柔性灯带 UL认证问题
1. DC24V供电，低于100W的LED柔性灯带（装饰建筑物外部轮廓的那种）UL认证用什么标准？（多说一句：个人认为低压产品没必要不用做UL，但是老外说在北美没有认证的产品不好卖）2.DC24V供电，高于100W的LED柔性灯带（class2电源用不了）UL认证用什么标准？ DC24V供电，低于100W的LED柔性灯带。其实呢，SELV只能说明产品无防触电危险，并不代表其他危险不会存在，比如火灾等，所以还是要做UL认证的；
DC24V供电，高于100W的LED柔性灯带（class2电源用不了）。如果你们的产品出货时候根本不含Driver部分的话，那就不要考量driver了，如果是灯带+电源一起出货，那class2的driver肯定用不了，class2 输出必须小于100VA的，Uoutput要小于30V(户外用的)，室内小于42.4Vac或60DC（CSA规定都是42.4Vac or DC）。driver标准可以选择UL60950(非LPS的)，或UL1012; 软管灯，用UL 2388 “Standard for Flexible Lighting Products”
如果是class2低压的，电源需要UL1310或者UL 1585认证的电源。
如果是超过class 2的，使用非class 2的电源。要当作高压灯具来申请UL2388。 引用第2楼依然于2011-08-17 13:54发表的:

能回答一下吗？ 更正一下：UL 1585 Withdrawn。
根据UL 8750，电源接受：UL60950-1，UL1310，UL1012，变压器接受：UL5085，UL1411，UL1561.
4 Power supplies, LED Drivers, and Transformers
4.1 A power supply or LED driver that complies with any one of the following standards is considered to
meet the intent of the requirements of this standard:
a) The Standard for Class 2 Power Units, UL 1310,
b) The Standard for Information Technology Equipment – Safety – Part 1: General
Requirements, UL 60950-1, or
c) The Standard for Power Units Other Than Class 2, UL 1012.
4.2 A transformer for use with LED units that complies with any one of the following is considered to meet
the intent of the requirements of this standard:

3.5 ENCLOSURE, ELECTRICAL – A part of the equipment intended to limit access to parts that are
operating at voltage levels in excess of Class 2 or LVLE.

flames from within a product.
UL8750 CL1.3没有含UL2388
1.3 LED equipment is utilized in lighting products that comply with the end-product standards listed below.
The requirements in this standard are intended to supplement those in other end-product standards.
Included are:
a) Electric Signs, UL 48,
b) Portable Electric Luminaires, UL 153,
c) Underwater Luminaires and Submersible Junction Boxes, UL 676,
d) Emergency Lighting and Power Equipment, UL 924,
e) Stage and Studio Luminaires and Connector Strips, UL 1573,
f) Track Lighting Systems, UL 1574,
g) Luminaires, UL 1598,
h) Direct Plug-In Nightlights, UL 1786,

j) Self-Ballasted Lamps and Lamp Adapters, UL 1993,
k) Luminous Egress Path Marking Systems, UL 1994, and

所以要求就是UL2388+UL8750。至于该满足什么防火等级，请对照UL8750 6.3 Polymeric materials for enclosures and electrical insulation检查。 楼主如果做UL2388的话，那就要慎重考虑了，这个标准不好做，我们去年曾经想申请这个，弄到现在还没做，这个标准LED柔性灯带的外壳材料是必须要有UL认证的，不知道你们的是用什么封装，我们是用的环氧树脂，但是这种材料根本就找不到有UL认证的。
