下面是英国测试机构针对产品样板反馈回来的问题点,理解不是很清楚,有哪位高人帮忙解析下。谢谢!产品是一款带插座的小夜灯。• One of the plug socket pins was tight and as such has become slightly distorted. If the socket on the right of the below image makes a poor contact the terminal resistance at this point will be higher and may cause localised overheating
• The internal cables have been routed such that they cannot move or become damaged during assembly. The terminals of these wires should however be hooked through the PCB rather than soldered directly to it. The wires cross sectional area should also be at least 0.4mm2
• The plastic case is supporting live parts. It must therefore withstand the 125oC ball pressure test. Depending on the operating temperature of the product this temperature may be higher.
• The case sections are held together with one screw located between the plug pins. As such the case can be opened at the top giving access to live parts. It is recommended that the case sections be sonically welded so that the case can also withstand the tumble barrel and impact tests.
• The screw is in the center of the socket and plug configuration. As such this may be an issue with creepage distances and clearances. If the screw is moved above the earth terminal this would mean that the shutter mechanism could also be activated by the earth pin rather than the live and neutral plug pins.
