有谁知道电源适配器上的警告语的具体要求吗？如：CAUTION: Risk of electric shock

等等，分别是在哪个标准中有要求（注：是按摩器使用的开关电源）

UL60590？
UL1585? UL1310的要求 ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS (NOT FOR FIELD REPRESENTATIVE'S USE):
USL indicates products comply with the Standard of Underwriters Laboratories Inc. for Class 2 Power Units, UL 1310, Fifth Edition.
CNL indicates products comply with the standard for Power Supplies With Extra-Low-Voltage Class 2 Outputs, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.223-M91, Second Edition and TIL No.I-42 with revisions dated September 15, 2006.
Markings Marking shall be capable of withstanding the stress of ordinary usage, including exposure to weather and other ambient conditions, handling, storage, and similar conditions. The pressure sensitive labels which contain any of the required markings shall be R/C (PGDQ2, PGDQ8), suitable for minimum range 80C to minus 35C and for the surface material or finish to which adhered. If a tag is utilized, it shall be permanent and tear resistant.
Product Marking - All units shall be marked with the following.
1. Listee's name, Listee File Number “E311462”, or trademark.
2. Model designation.
3. Electrical ratings, including input voltage or voltage range, input frequency and, if specified in the individual Reports, input amperes, volt-amperes or wattage rating.Additionally, output voltage in ac or dc and output current in amperes, volt-amperes or watts shall be marked, unless the unit is a battery charger marked for use with a specific battery pack.

4. Date Code - Consist of MMYY, where MM represents the month, and YY represents the year.
5. Factory identification if applicable.
6. “Class 2 Power Unit”.
Caution Markings – The markings with the wording below or equivalent should be provided:
1. “rainproof“
2. “WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock.Install only to a covered Class A
GFCI receptacle that has an enclosure that is weatherproof with the
attachment plug cap inserted or removed.”
3. “WARNING: Not for use with receptacles that are weatherproof only
when the receptacle is covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and
receptacle cover closed).”
4. “WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Mount the unit at a height grater
than 1 foot from the ground surface.”
Instruction Manual - Important safety instructions shall be provided and include the items in the following list. The statement ”READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS” shall be prominently displayed and precede the list.The statement “SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS” shall be prominently displayed and follow the list. The word “WARNING” shall be entirely in upper case letters.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be practiced including the following:
1. “READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.”
2. “Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided
with the product.”
3. “Do not use an extension cord.”
4. Reference the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, specifically
for the installation of wiring and clearances from power and lighting conductors.
5. “Do not install or use within 10 feet of a pool.”
6. “Do not use in a bathroom.”
7. Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified
person(s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards,
including fire-rated construction.
8. “WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. When used outdoors, install only to
a covered Class A GFCI protected receptacle that is weatherproof
with the power unit connected to the receptacle. If one is not
provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.
Ensure that the power unit and cord do not interfere with completely
closing the receptacle cover.”
9. “WARNING: Risk of Fire. Installation involves special wiring methods
to run wiring through a building structure. Consult a qualified
electrician.”
10. “WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Mount the unit at a height grater
than 1 foot from the ground surface.”
11. “This power unit is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical
or floor mount position.”
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS – This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for power units. 楼主贴的图片上写清楚了ITE power supply,就不能用UL1310了,应该按UL60950 是的，3楼说的对！UL1310 、UL60590、UL1585三个标准是有明显差异的。
感谢大家，其实我最终想知道的是这三个标准分别对产品上的警告语有哪些要求，分别要标示哪些内容？上图只是举个例子。 能效等级一定要标吗? 你已经知道标准了就直接看标准后面的LABEL或者MARKING就好了
一般上面有写明的
或者看GB4943吧，如果风险实在是不能避免了就用警告语写出来了
其他要求楼上已经有人把标准部分内容给摘录出来了 能效等级要标的，警语其实在测试标准里面都有相应章节要求的，像出美洲的，需要结合UL和CA标准的警语部分一起绣出来！
