信賴性測試中有關指甲刮擦測試的問題
近來有碰到一個日本客戶﹐對于印刷測試中有一項有提到要求用指甲進行刮擦測試﹐但因每個人的指甲硬度不一樣﹐測試結果也不一樣﹐請教各位是否有這方面的經驗。 我只知道用酒精测试, 没有用过指甲 是scratch durability測試吧？？ 是Nail scratching test﹐之前日本傳給我們的是日文﹐我有請翻譯譯成中文就成了指甲刮擦測試了﹐能告訴我一些經驗嗎?有沒有哪家客戶針對這種測試特別注重過﹐如果測試NG﹐是否可以放行?如果測試不過﹐是否有有效的解決方式﹐謝謝版主。。。 客戶是日本的Iwatsu
測試原文要求如下﹕
爪引っかき試験
試験方法：爪を立てて印刷部分を引っかくことにより行う
回数：20往復回
判定基準：試験後、判読可能なこと、剥離なきこと 期待高手中。。。。 蒼天啊﹐大地
高手何在﹐我急死啦。。。。 郁悶。。。。在線等答案。。。。 TEST EQUIPMENT
The only test equipment needed is a credit card (MC, VISA, Amex, or any equivalent card) of thickness0.8 mm.
TEST PIECE(S)
The test piece (print) must be in the same conditions as they would if the end-costumer would receive it.The print must be hardened and be "ready to use".
TEST PROCEDURE
The card is to be used as a scratch device in order to try to initiate a crack before trying to peel of in the print. In order to perform the test right the grip of the card, the angle towards the print, and the pressure given is quite essential.
GRIP
Hold the card between thumb and index finger
SCRATCH ANGLE
Let the distance between the scratch tip and the thumb be 1cm. Hold the card perpendicular
to the tested surface and press until the angle is 45° towards the horizontal plane of the
printing
DIRECTIONS
The print should then be scratched 10 ways in all directions (total of 40 scratches):
• From top to bottom
• From right to left
• From bottom to top
• From left to right let me see.
