60950 中划分绝缘等级的若干疑问，请各位高手帮忙解答
小弟是初学者，还请各位高手帮忙解读一下标准，不胜感激，问题有二，如下：1.IEC 60950-2005 TABLE 2H,Figure 2H中在划分绝缘等级时把基本绝缘分成B1,B2,B3....,其他绝缘类别也是如此，分成B1,B2,B3仅仅是为了特指某个电路到某个电路之间吗？还是说有更深的意义，比如说不同的设计要求？
2.还有就是TABLE 2H 的note C中说如果满足以下条件，则这些例子适用，不知这些例子指的是什么？ 个人认为没有别的含义，类似分B1,B2,B3只是为了能把table 2H和Figure 2相互对应起来而已，至于Note C中例子所指的就是满足以下条件的电路：
– there is only BASIC INSULATION between the SECONDARY CIRCUIT and the PRIMARY CIRCUIT; and
– there is only BASIC INSULATION between the SECONDARY CIRCUIT and earth. 谢谢二楼的解答
