发表美国FCC对电子产品有关的认可证书的电邮回覆
发表美国FCC对电子产品有关的认可证书Since we don't have a country-to-country MRA with China (other than with Hong Kong) there are no accredited laboratories recognized in China for the purpose of DoC testing. There are accredited labs in Hong Kong that are recognized.

(301) 362-3041 MRA? what is it/ Maybe it refers to mutual relation agreement. The MRA is actually the abbreviation of "Mutual Recognition Agreement".
In USA, the laboratory is assessed and accredted by the A2LA. Such the A2LA accredited laboratories are allowed to issue FCC DoC. As the A2LA gets the MRA with the HKAS, the FCC therefore accepts the HOKLAS lab as the accredited laboratory at the same time. That is why Hong Kong accredited laboratory can issue the FCC DoC.
