电路频率怎么测量？有晶振就按晶振的频率来吗？

我们知道产品是否做FCC 是有其频率确定的。那我们家用的遥控器来说，里面电路都有晶振，晶振频率一般都很高的，但是发射频率一般只有28-56KHZ，那么按FCC 来说电路的频率是晶振频率吗？如果晶振频率它大于1.705MHz(电池操作），就要做FCC 对吗？

The FCC exemption requirement is talking about the operating frequency of the circuit. Hence, the crystal frequency will be used to decide the operating frequency of your product.

If your remote controller is using Infrared, the remote controller is not necessary to have the FCC test.
