In the above link, you may read the criteria document and the application guide.
If you can find your product is listed in Eco product group,you may have a short overview of the criteria in the Ecolabel the fact sheets at the link below:

If you cannot find any product group corresponding to your product,the EU Ecolabel is thereforenot applicable.
In fact, the Ecolabel Application forms are available from the competent bodies. If you do not know who is the competent bodies, you may get the list below:

As the EU Ecolabel for each product group has its own environmental criteria, the applicants should seek guidance from the competent bodies on the information needed in each case.
