关于自镇流节能灯日本向认证这里有几个问题请教：经过了解自镇流节能灯属于日本PSE B 类产品，因此可以申请PSE 圆形认证。
我的问题是：
1，PSE 圆形认证是自愿性而非强制性认证是吗？(PSE菱形认证是强制认证)
2，PSE 圆形认证是安全规格认证，不包括EMC 方面测试认证是吗？
一般国内认证公司进行测试时候依据标准是IEC 60968...
目前自整流节能灯出口日本的话不考虑市场推广等方面的话可以不做认证，就如同国内CCC对自镇
流节能灯没有明确要求，因此国内可以不做认证一样？ The PSE Mark is a mandatory mark required on Electrical Appliances in Japan as authorized by the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (DENAN). The Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) administers the PSE Mark system.
Products regulated are categorized as Specified Products (SPs) or Non-Specified Products (NPSs) according to the DENAN law.
1) Specified Products (PSs) should meet compliance standards, and be certified by a METI accredited Conformity Assessment Body.Totally, 115 items are listed as the Specified Products and should be labelled with the PSE Diamond Mark.
2) Non-Specified Products (NPSs) should meet compliance standards, but do have to be certified by a METI accredited Conformity Assessment Body. Totally, 338 items are listed as the Specified Products and should be labelled with the PSE Circle Mark.
Please note that both the PSE Diamond Mark and the PSE Circle Mark are mandatory in law.
By the way, only the EMI test is necessary according toJapan law. For lighting product, the effective version is J55015(H20) in Japan. This standard is writtenin Japanese and derived from CISPR 15:2000+A1+A2.
