适配器供电的TV set ERP测试

如果碰到用适配器给TV 供电的情况，该如何考量他们的ERP？是否需要考虑适配器单独做278指令，然后适配器和电视机一起做642？ 还是是否可以和1275一样，适配器和电视机一起只做642？

Regulation (EC) NO. 642/2009 has already included the requirements of Regulation (EC) NO. 1275/2008. Hence, your TV set may simply have the test according to Regulation (EC) NO. 642/2009.

About your TV adaptor,you have better checking Article 2 (1) for the corresponding definition of "External Power Supply" in Regulation (EC) NO. 278/2009. As long as your TV adaptor fulfils the above definition in Article 2 (1), it should be tested with this Regulation. In most of cases, the adaptor is bought from other factory. Your adaptor supplier should get the ErP test if his adaptor has the CE-Mark on its label. Hence, you need not worry about this.

关键是很多供应商只做了EMC和LVD就标CE-MARK的，所以楼主的问题答案是怎样的呢？是像一楼说的那样还是有别的答案啊？很想知道。
