这里边所说的直流电压允许最高值是120V吗？

120的电压比较高，但是61558（Safety of power transformers, power supply units
and similar）标准里确实说到这一点：
6.101 The rated output voltage shall not exceed 50 V a.c. and/or 120 V ripple-free d.c
