EST/EUP/MEPS/ELI
想问下各位大侠,EUP/EST/MEPS/ELI 这四个项目之间的共同点与不同点,在什么情况下,可以转化啊?
另外做性能测试的话,有没灯头之分呢? 1) EuP:
To affix CE-Mark on your lamps, your product must be tested with Regulation (EC) 244/2009. Three basic requirements must fulfil:
- Efficacy
- Functional requirements (such as life time ... and etc)
- Labelling
2) For MEPS:
Different lamps will have different standards. After test, registration is necessary. Below is the list of test standards for lamps:
- AS/NZS 4782: fluorescent lamps
- AS/NZS 4847: Self-ballasted lamps for general lighting services (CFLs)
- AS/NZS 4934: Incandescent lamps for general lighting services
3) ELI
ELI is a non-profit organization to provide energy efficiency certification for light product. It just gets the requirements for CFL and FL only. As it is notmandatory mark, I know so a few about it. You may read my attachment for his CFL requirements.
4) EST
It is a voluntary mark issued by a UK department. EST only gets the requriemtns for the CFL/LED/halogen lamp bulbs. As UK is the EU member sate, the CE-Mark is OK for UK and therfore only the ErP (EuP) is necessary. If you are still interested in EST requriements, you may read my attachment .
Except ErP and MEPS, the other two are not required in law. So far as I know, Australia does not accept CE-Mark in his country. I am not sure whether Australia may consider ErP report for the MEPS registration or not. thanks kamleung 不错的,原来在这里可以看到这么多的好东东
